Lost 40 lbs. and 20″ in 26 weeks
As a new wife and busy nanny, Joann wanted to change her unhealthy habits and start living a healthy lifestyle before she had children of her own. After discovering SlimFast and sticking to The Plan, she lost 40 lbs!
I have never considered myself healthy. My whole life I came up with excuse after excuse and I have always felt insecure about my body. After getting married last year, I decided enough was enough! I wanted to become healthy not only for myself but because I wanted a family one day and I knew I needed to start cultivating better habits so that I could have a long happy life. I started the SlimFast Plan and my life has changed because of it. I have a very hectic schedule between work, friends, and my many hobbies, and the ease of the SlimFast Plan leaves me no room for excuses.
I just grab what I need and go! On a typical day I have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, a 500 calorie meal for dinner and SlimFast Snacks in between to satisfy my cravings. My favorite snack is the S’mores Crisps because I have a sweet tooth and they really hit the spot. I saw weight loss from the dieting and exercising. Once I saw how much doing both affected my body and how quickly it was happening, I couldn’t get enough. I have lost 40 pounds! Being on the SlimFast Plan has shown me that with planning and dedication, anything is possible. It’s an easy plan that works and I’m having a blast with the new me.
