Frequently Asked Questions
Select the "+" button to update your weight, water intake, meal plan and more! Follow the steps below to update your daily meal plan:
- To add food items to your daily menu, press on the "+" button found at the bottom of the dashboard/homescreen
- Choose the meal you want to add it to (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack 1, snack 2, snack 3)
- A new screen should appear, "add to meal". Select from favorites, ingredients, products, recipes, or custom
- Either search for your item or select your meal item and hit the "save" button. It will add it to your menu and take you back to dashboard/homescreen
