How do I add food items to my daily menu using the “+” button?

Select the "+" button to update your weight, water intake, meal plan and more! Follow the steps below to update your daily meal plan:

  1. To add food items to your daily menu, press on the "+" button found at the bottom of the dashboard/homescreen
  2. Choose the meal you want to add it to (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack 1, snack 2, snack 3)
  3. A new screen should appear, "add to meal". Select from favorites, ingredients, products, recipes, or custom
  4. Either search for your item or select your meal item and hit the "save" button. It will add it to your menu and take you back to dashboard/homescreen
