This can be done multiple ways. You can either send specific SlimFast products from your daily menu or send specific SlimFast products from the Products section of the main menu.

Send SlimFast products from meal plans:

1. Make sure you have selected all your meal items for your daily menu.
2. Next, in the upper left-hand corner, press on the three horizontal lines.
3. Press on SHOPPING LIST. This will take you to the shopping list screen.
4. In the right-hand press on the EDIT DAYS option.
5. To select your daily menus items, press on the box next the SELECT ALL option.
6. Once done, press DONE in the right-hand corner.
7. Next, make sure to look through all your items and de-select any meal items that you do not need.
8. Press the red SEND SHOPPING LIST button and follow the steps on how to check out your items for pick-up and delivery.

Send SlimFast products from Products section:

1. In the upper left-hand corner, press on the three horizontal lines.
2. Press on PRODUCTS. This will take you to the Products section of the app.
3. Once the screen appears, there will be different tabs to choose from each of the SlimFast product lines.
4. Swipe to the left or right or press on the SlimFast product line you wish to choose from.
5. Once you have selected the product you want to send to your shopping cart, press the red SEND TO SHOPPING LIST button. You will find all the items you added in your shopping cart.
