How do I track my sleep in the SlimFast Together app?

By selecting the "+" button you can track both your physicial and mental progress including your weight, sleep and stress. Follow the steps below to update your sleep tracker:

  1. To add your hours of sleep into the app, press on the "+" button modal on the dashboard/homescreen
  2. Press on the option "sleep"
  3. Press the emoji with the amount that best fits your sleep from the previous night. The emoji should highlight in red when selected.
  4. Once done, press on "save" button.
