Frequently Asked Questions
By selecting the "+" button you can track both your physicial and mental progress including your weight, sleep and stress. Follow the steps below to update your sleep tracker:
- To add your hours of sleep into the app, press on the "+" button modal on the dashboard/homescreen
- Press on the option "sleep"
- Press the emoji with the amount that best fits your sleep from the previous night. The emoji should highlight in red when selected.
- Once done, press on "save" button.
