How do I track my stress level within the SlimFast Together app?

By selecting the "+" button you can track both your physicial and mental progress including your weight, sleep and stress. Follow the below steps to track your stress levels in the app:

  1. Press on the "+" button found at the bottom of the dashboard/homescreen
  2. Press on the option for stress
  3. Slide either left or right to indicate whether you are not stressed or very stressed. Hit save button when done
