How do I track the amount of exercise/activity I did today?

Select the "+" button to update your weight, water intake, meal plan and more! Follow the steps below to update your exercise/activity for the day:

  1. Press on the "+" button at the bottom of the dashboard/homescreen. Hit the option that says "activity". The section should expand and on each side of the icon, there will be + or -. To add mintues to your activity tracker press the "+" symbol and to delete minutes press "-".
  2. Another way to enter activity for tracking is to navigate to the dashboard/homescreen and press on the button that says "activity". The section should expand and on each side of icon, there will be + or -. To add mintues to your activity tracker press the "+" symbol and to delete minutes press "-".
