Personalize My Plan Questionnaire: How do I choose my Plan?

The SlimFast Together app makes the SlimFast Plan easy for beginners, with predefined daily menus to aid in meal planning. To help you find the right Plan for you, use the below steps to complete our Plan Questionnaire:

1. Press on "Personalize my Plan!"
2. For each of the 5 questions, press on the answer that best matches with your lifestyle and click the red "continue" button. You can skip any question if you choose too
3. Once you complete the entire questionaire, you will get a SlimFast Plan result
