- Crumble up a SlimFast Bake Shop Bar into a medium size bowl.
- Add almonds to a medium size skillet pan over medium heat until fragrant.
- Turn off heat and add sugar substitute and vanilla extract and coat almonds. You will want to remove these from the heat fast so they don’t burn.
- Spread almonds on parchment or wax paper to cool.
- Combine all other ingredients into bowl.
- Add your vanilla sugar almonds and toss to combine.
