The app is not loading past the first page, how can I resolve this?

Steps for iPhones

  1. Start by completely closing and opening the app. This can be done by swiping up on the phone screen. This will completely take you out of the app.
  1. Next, swipe up on the phone screen, and swipe either left or right to find the app page.

If closing and opening the app does not work, then follow the instructions below:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Next, swipe up on the phone screen, and swipe either left or right to find the app page.
  3. Once found, swipe up to get close the app.
  4. Next, you will want to press and hold the SlimFast Together App icon. A pop-up menu will appear. Select DELETE APP.
  5. After the app is deleted, it will disappear.
  6. Open the App store application.
  7. Click on the SEARCH option on the bottom right hand corner.
  8. Next, type in SLIMFAST TOGETHER into the search bar.
  9. The app will load under the search bar. Click on the GET button to download.
  10. Once downloaded, the app will be ready to use.

  1. Start by completely closing the app.
  2. Next, swipe left or right to find the app and open it.

If closing and opening the app does not work, then follow the instructions below:

  1. Press the SETTINGS button on your phone. The location of the SETTINGS button may be different depending on the device.
  2. Navigate down to APPS & NOTIFICATIONS and click on it.
  3. Click on SEE ALL APPS. This will take you to the APP INFO page.
  4. Scroll on the screen until you find the SlimFast Together App and click on it. Then select the UNINSTALL button to delete the app. Once it’s done uninstalling, the INSTALL button will reappear.
  5. You will then need to re-install the app. To re-install app, click on the green INSTALL button.
  6. After it’s installed, the app will be ready to use.
