Fresh Herbs Vinaigrette
Toss up your favorite salad and dress it with this fresh, herbaceous vinaigrette dressing. It’s well seasoned and adds just a hint of tangy lemon to brighten up your greens!

Directions
- Peel and crush the garlic. Put the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, olive oil and MCT oil in a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped herbs.
- Cover with a lid and blend until well combined. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake well before drizzling over salads.

- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
