Ham and Cheese Cucumber Sandwich

- Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise to make five sheets of cucumber.
- Cover one side with cream cheese.
- Fold deli meat longways and put on top of cream cheese. Roll up and hold together with tooth picks.
- Alternatively, slice the cucumber in half and use a spoon to remove the seeds and some of the meat. Fill one side with cream cheese and fold deli meat longways and fill the other half.
- Assemble and enjoy!

- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 5 slices deli ham
