Keto Bacon Sausage Meatballs
Break the fast (but not your diet) with these savory Keto-approved meatballs. Made with spicy Italian sausage & bacon and seasoned to perfection, they have all the flavor you want and can be prepped in just 10 minutes. Now, that’s a morning routine worth making.

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a standard muffin pan by greasing 9 wells lightly with coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Italian sausage, garlic, onion and oregano.
- Roll the mixture into 9 equal balls with your hands and place on a plate.
- Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon then place each one in a muffin well.
- Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes then cook under a high broiler for 5 minutes to get the bacon crispy.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!

- 9 bacon slices, uncooked
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp white onion, diced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
