Microwave Directions:
- Combine water with flaxseed, cinnamon, 1 packet of stevia, almonds, and oats in a medium, microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; stir before serving.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with 1 packet of stevia and berries.
Stove Top Directions:
- Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Stir in flaxseed, cinnamon, 1 packet of stevia, almonds, and oats.
- Cook about 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally until done.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with 1 packet of stevia and berries.
