Seven Layer Salad
Every layer is another flavor to savor in this take-to-work favorite. Your lunch break is that much more fun when you’re looking forward to crunchy greens against salty bacon, bleu cheese, and a swirl of soft avocado and egg. We can’t talk about it without drooling.

Directions
- Layer salad ingredients in a clear bowl
- Concentrate the ingredients around the perimeter of the bowl, filling the center with romaine
- Pour enough dressing to cover the top layer
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for up to 8 hours
- Toss before serving, if desired
Ingredients
- 3 green and/or red bell peppers, diced
- 1 bunch celery stalks (about 6-8 stalks)
- 3 Medium Avocados, Diced
- 8 strips all natural uncured turkey bacon, crumbled
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 cups peas, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup hard-boiled egg, sliced or chopped
- 12 tbsp lite chunky blue cheese dressing
