Turkey Chili with Seasoned Veggies & Shredded Cheese

- Melt 2 tablespoons light butter substitute spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and green pepper, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons. Spread and cook ground turkey, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until done.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, corn, jalapeno pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
- Top with cheese and sour cream. Serve with rice.
