As many of us start making plans for some summer fun in the sun, you may also start to realize you’d like to lose a few pounds to feel great in your favorite outfit or swimsuit! Have no fear, you’ve come to the right place!

It’s common to want to rev up your efforts to shed some weight before a busy schedule of summer events. Whether you have been following the SlimFast Plan for a while, fell off track, or even if you are completely new to SlimFast, you can easily reach your goals and feel great this summer!

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Download the SlimFast Together App. The app has easy to follow meal plans that take all of the guesswork out of what to eat each day!
  2. Order a starter kit from to get all the SlimFast products you need to start The Plan.
  3. Join one of the SlimFast Together groups for a community to share with and to support and cheer you on!
  4. Make a plan to add in some light activity that makes sense for you. If you enjoy walking or riding your bike, schedule it on your calendar and keep that appointment! You can also incorporate this fun, 10 in 10 workout to get a full body workout in just 10 minutes.
  5. Stay consistent. By following the meal plans on the SlimFast Together App and tracking your intake for the day you are much more likely to stick to your nutrition goals.
