Lost 35 lbs. and 20″ in 26 weeks

Because of Staci’s busy traveling schedule, she found it difficult to find a plan that worked for her. When she found SlimFast easily fits into her day, unhealthy meals on-the-go became a thing of the past. With the delicious and convenient SlimFast Plan, Staci lost 35 lbs.!

SlimFast has truly changed my life. For as long as I can remember I’ve been dieting, exercising, or both, but never consistently. I’m a busy professional, working and traveling 5 days a week- so finding a plan that actually fit into my life is life changing! I’ve lost 35 pounds and 20 inches! How did it fit in my day? A shake for breakfast, mid-morning snack, a shake for lunch (always carry a lunchbox when traveling), mid- afternoon snack, a sensible dinner and a snack after dinner. The shakes are delicious!! I actually look forward to my shakes, and they are SO convenient! Within the first week I was down 3 pounds, within a month I was down 11. I had tried to lose 10 pounds for years - but nothing worked - at least nothing worked for my schedule. Eating healthy and exercising while on the road is hard, but it’s not impossible! Eating smaller meals packed with protein every few hours kept me satisfied all day.

Being overweight was an obstacle for me physically and mentally. I didn’t even realize how overweight I had become or how it was affecting my confidence. I constantly admired people in shape and remember thinking “how could I be more like them?” I can honestly say, I am there now. I have had so many people ask if I am naturally fit or small, the answer: HECK NO! I worked hard for this body, and couldn’t have done it without SlimFast. If that wasn’t motivation enough, I am standing in 3 weddings this year… 3! Talk about incentive to lose a few pounds!

Thanks to SlimFast, I am more confident now than ever before. I never enjoyed being in a bathing suit, and living in Florida that’s tough. I always came up with an excuse to skip a pool party. Now you can’t pry me away from fun in the sun! I can paddleboard 6 miles and not be exhausted. I can bike 28 miles and survive it. SlimFast has given me the physical and mental push to do what I didn’t think I could. I am thankful every day that I made this choice! Did I think I was pretty before? Absolutely. Was I comfortable? Update: January 2020
Life has been chaotic and beautiful for the past 6 months. In 2019 I moved to a new city, bought a new home and have been enjoying all of the things St. Augustine has to offer. This small beach town is much more active than Orlando. My friends and family here are constantly paddle boarding, surfing, mountain biking, running, doing ninja courses or working out on the beach. And most of these activities require a bikini, thank goodness I feel comfortable in one now! Not to mention my 2-year-old niece is on the move - so being able to keep up with her has made my weight loss maintenance that much easier – Ha Ha. One hobby of mine that I have enjoyed sharing with the group is cooking. We have an incredible group of friends that feel like family, so I host Family Dinner Night. It’s a fun way for me to share my new recipes while testing out what dishes I like the most. I have an incredible quinoa recipe I just tried that I will share with the SlimFast Together group. I am grateful every day for my SlimFast family, I truly love the online support groups and witnessing so much success and support.

The holidays were exhausting and incredible as well. It was always difficult to find the right balance for enjoying the holiday dishes without packing on the extra pounds. That is - until SlimFast. I have found that I can indulge in the amazing foods, as long as I get back on track when they are over. It has been so easy to come back from trips, holidays, work events and get back on track. I look forward to it actually - being able to get back to “normal”. My body feels better when I follow the SlimFast Maintenance Plan - I don’t deal with the bloat and stomach issues that I have always suffered from. I stay within my happy weight window, and can go up or down by 4-5 pounds and know that I can absolutely get back to my goal. It is so nice to have found my happy weight and be able to stay there.
